Iron Lung
Iron Lung
Iron Lung are a two piece powerviolence act from Seattle, Washington heavily influenced by hardcore punk and grindcore. The band formed in 1999 in Reno and is currently in Seattle after spending some time in Oakland. They have released music on several labels including Prank Records, 625 Thrashcore, and their own label, Iron Lung Records. In recent years the band has collaborated with other members of the hardcore punk and powerviolence scene, including Hatred Surge and Dave Bailey, formerly of Running For Cover. 2009 saw the release of Public Humiliation, a three-way collaboration between Iron Lung and Kortland and Ward's side projects, Pig Heart Transplant and Walls respectively. The recording is of a one-off live performance from Halloween of 2008. Jon Kortland is also half of the art project Feeding, which has made artwork for several Iron Lung, Walls and PHT releases, as well as album covers for several other bands.

Wolf Eyes
Wolf Eyes
Some say Rock N Roll will never reach the same primitive raw vein hit of Bo Diddley at his more subhuman lurch or no unit can ever scramble the marbles left of what brain boiling suburban electronic punk outsiders did in the mid 70's: Whatever you think, there is no denying the homemade nuclear war Wolf Eyes has left on music. Wolf Eyes was birthed in the shadows by a few liked minded individuals: Nate Young, Aaron Dilloway and John Olson in the late 90's in Michigan. However, Wolf Eyes has become more than band, but a collective mutant ensemble, an art abstraction unit: musicians, print makers, photographers and more, all who share a primal shadowy vision of decoding the wilderness into the soul of humanoid from the deep audio arsenals.

Today, Wolf Eyes are pleased to announce their return with a European tour (a US tour to follow) and a new a record, No Answer : Lower Floors. Wolf Eyes are returning to longtime friend base and Interzone of outsider art, De Stijl Records, with whom the band worked on No Face Lives, their collaboration with Smegma and the loner blues cerebration unit Stare Case's Lose Today.

The No Answer : Lower Floors material covers all bases: tough to toughest to tangled, all done in the Wolves' least convoluted smooth style simple yet tangled rhythms. The vocals, delays, primitive electronics, woodwinds and raw guitar of newest member Jamas Baljo create a new destroyed space to crawl through. No Answer : Lower Floors was recorded and mixed at the Michigan Underground Group's gambling/clubhouse/art space, with the usually 2D-flat quality of the drums and electronics given creeping new brightness-life within the hollow echo acoustics of the sacred space's cinder prisons. No Answer : Lower Floors shares a natural feel with previous Wolf Eyes efforts but goes much further in detailing their underworld of odd melodies and mangled harmonics. Within their system-based economic compositions, there remains zero room for wasted space. The whole record is less internal misery and more colorful: of a "could be life on mars" zone than rainbows.

No Answer : Lower Floors features former members Aaron Dilloway and Mike Connelly, and thus is a family homecoming of sorts. More important, it's the dawn of a new Wolf Eyes era. As the desconstructed skull mangled on the cover states: it's RNR from a waste world of 2001244 A.D.
Final Conflict
Final Conflict
Founded by Jeff Harp in 1983 Final Conflict has been a long standing staple of LA punk rock. Much time has passed, members come and go but the love for the music has never ceased. Jeff has remained the foundation of the band, never waning in his devotion to Final Conflict and it's music.

Like any family, siblings will argue/fight and FC's volatile history has never been a secret. However after many years, the members of the 85 - 88 line up have decided to play together again. Older, wiser.. (OK, just older) We will perform at this years Chaos in Tejas Festival in Austin TX.
This is something we are looking forward to, we weren't just band members, but brothers, hopefully there will be more shows to come.
Hive Mind
Ceremony
Ceremony
Ceremony are a punk band from Rohnert Park, California, just outside of San Francisco. Their three albums on the Deathwish and Bridge 9 labels are widely seen as the most compelling, unusual and progressive hardcore of the last five years.

For their Matador debut Zoo, produced by John Goodmanson (Blood Brothers, Sleater-Kinney, Girls, Weezer), the band have refined their jagged sound while continuing to pursue themes of exurban alienation and confinement.

Zoo explores punk and post-punk traditions: the rhythm section remains as tense and propulsive as ever, while guitarist Anthony Anzaldo moves with ease from ringing power chords to stealthy leads reminiscent of Gang of Four and The Cramps. Ross Farrar's future primitive vocals sometimes recall Pink Flag or Metal Box, ranging from a melodic howl to a muttered incantation.

The result is gripping and indelible.
